PLEASE NOTE
Fees are still payable for when your child is sick, on a holiday, casual absences, public holidays and sports/activities. Fees are charged on the space you have booked and are paid irrespective of attendance.

Payment of Fees
To operate efficiently Kidventure requires that fees be paid a week in advance and then weekly or as arranged with the Manager or Supervisor. If you get paid fortnightly/monthly payments are fine to be made fortnightly/monthly as long as you are always a week in advance. Ideally it is recommended that you set an automatic payment up for the term, for the weekly amount you need to pay.
Term Care Fees

A one-off charge off $50.00 is applicable at the time of enrolment, per family. Please note that if you then utilise our holiday programme’s we will waive the enrolment fee appliable for that. Payment of the $50.00 enrolment fee must be paid prior to care commencing.
Families who receive a subsidy and fees are under $20.00 per week
Fees will be invoiced for the term and will include what WINZ will pay (if you qualify). Fees after subsidy are due in full for the term prior to care or the term commencing. If fees have not been paid your child/ren will not be able to attend care until fees have been paid.
Families who receive a subsidy and fees are over $20.00 per week
Fees will be invoiced for the term and will include what WINZ will pay (if you qualify). Fees after subsidy for the week, are due on the Friday of each week and accounts are required to be kept a week in advance. You can pay your fees weekly, fortnightly or monthly as long as you are a week in advance. If fees are not paid the overdue account policy will be implemented.

Payment of the $50.00 enrolment fee must be made within 7 days of receiving your invoice.
Bookings made three weeks prior to Holiday Programme commencing
Bookings made three (3) weeks’ prior to the programme commencing, must make a $50.00 non-refundable deposit payment, per child, to have your booking confirmed. Payment of the $50.00 non-refundable deposit must be made within 7 days of receiving your invoice, the $50.00 non-refundable deposit will be applied to your invoice/deducted from your balance to pay.
Bookings made within three weeks of Holiday Programme commencing
Bookings made within three (3) weeks’ of the programme commencing will be given 24 hours to confirm the booking by making payment of the fees in full. If fees are not paid within 24 hours the space/s will be lost.

If your booking is made within three weeks of the programme commencing, fees will be invoiced, and you will be required to pay the invoice in full. Once we receive subsidy payment we will refund the subsidy portion of the invoice to you.
If fees have not been paid your child/ren will not be able to attend care until fees have been paid.

If you are paying via cheque, please see the supervisor for a receipt on the day you pay.
If you pay via internet/auto payments, statements will be issued at the end of each school term.
Un-enrolment and cancellation of booking

If parents/caregivers decide they no longer want their child/ren to attend the programme, three (3) weeks’ notice in writing is required and full payment for this notice is required. If you receive a subsidy and your subsidy is stopped at the start or during your notice period, the balance left owing on your invoice will be yours to pay.
Holiday Programme
If parents/caregivers decide they no longer want their child/ren to attend the programme, three (3) weeks’ notice from the programme commencement date is required in writing. If care is cancelled three (3) weeks’ prior the programme commencement date, we will waive the cost of the full fees of the programme, excluding any monies paid as a non-refundable deposit. If care is cancelled within three (3) week’s of the programme commencement date fees in full are still required to be paid. If you receive a subsidy and your subsidy is stopped at the start or during your notice period, the balance left owing on your invoice will be yours to pay.
