About Us

My name is Hayley Broughton and I own and run Kidventure. The business has been family run for over 16 years and was previously called LJ's After School Care. In 2012 my parents gifted me the business after managing it for 3 years. I decided that being a new year (2013) I would make some exciting new changes to make it more my own. I renamed the programme Kidventure, "Where every day is an adventure". I aim at providing great programmes that are not like others. My number one goal is that the children who attend Kidventure have fun, are not bored, that they want to be here and that they feel safe here. I put a huge amount of effort into organizing the all my programmes as I like to provide the children with an exciting and memorable experience. I am lucky enough to have my family's ongoing support, they make up part of the staff and help me out a lot with the running of the programmes.

Kidvenutre offers three awesome programmes which are all CYF (Child Youth and Family) and OSCAR (Out of School Care and Recreation) approved. Our programmes aim to provide a secure and stimulating environment in which all children feel safe, nurtured and above all have fun. We aim to cater for different ages, sex, and cultural backgrounds while attempting to provide for those with individual needs and interests. The safety of children is paramount consideration during the hours of operation. At Kidventure your child is not just another number we like to get to know your child/ren on a personal level.
